Cancellation Policy

At our service, each walk is carefully scheduled to provide every dog with dedicated time, attention, and care. When a booking is made, that time is reserved exclusively for your dog. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, will be charged at 100% of the service fee. This is because short-notice cancellations prevent us from offering that time to another Dog who may have needed it. We completely understand that genuine emergencies can arise. If something unexpected happens, please contact us as soon as possible. In cases of true emergencies, we will always do our best to review the situation and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to maintain a reliable, high-quality service for all of the dogs in our care.
